We Are Open!  

With Caution all Blue Jean Baby stores are now open! We are taking all the necessary steps to make shopping with us a fun and safe experience, and continue to do our part to help curb the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor developments across the globe and will make adjustments as needed, and will still be offering curbside pickup.

30-day return extension  

In response to store closings due to COVID-19, we have extended our return policy window.

Blue Jean baby will accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after our stores reopen for items bought online and in store. This policy extension covers online and in store purchases made after Feb. 1, 2020. Any items bought in store or online, after that date can be returned 30 days after the stores reopen. 

To complete in-store return/exchange  

Items must be accompanied by a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation and repackaged in the original boxes if applicable. All labels must be attached.

Protecting our associates  

We're taking every step to process orders, returns, and exchanges as quickly as possible, but we want to protect all associates working in our distribution centers and facilities during this time. Our shipping partners are taking steps to protect their employees as well. This could lead to longer shipping, processing, and delivery times.
